92 Buick Skylark SE fuel pump replacement

I have a 92 Buick Skylark with a noisy fuel pump and barely any pressure at all, know I have to replace it and it sits under the back seat. My question is, is there an access to get to it without dropping the fuel tank or which side is it located on? has anybody done one of these before?

Yep no address you’ll have to drop the tank I replaced two of them in back to back come to find out my ignition switch kept backing off a little bit and turning off
