can i put 225/50r/18 on 2019 envision it has 225/60r/18 on it now

You could install the 50 profile and the only problem you'd have is the speedometer will read a bit slower. When going 70 mph, the speedometer's going to read about 66 mph. It shouldn't affect braking or handling, or transmission shifting. Of course, traveling, you're not going as far as the odometer reads, so that'll lower fuel economy. Looking at the reduced profile, I'm not sure how it will look; might make the tires look too small for the car and the wheel wells, too big. But that's just how I see it.
