Why is it when I'm driving the windows are
up & I  can hear the wind from outside

Possibly the window seals, its a fairly new car... I would take it to the dealership. Some cars are more noisy than others. I had a brand new 1983 El Camino, it was a silent ride, my MG Midget on the other hand was noisy.
