I have a Chrysler Sebring that has been running fine. I stop at the store come out the car won't start.

Asked by vapit Oct 16, 2014 at 06:50 PM about the Chrysler Sebring

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When I turn the key on the oil light comes on but none of the other engine lights light up
like they usually do at start up.  The starter doesn't engage or turn over.  It acts like the
computer has locked it out where it won't start.  The check engine light hasn't come on.  I
took the positive battery terminal loose from the battery thinking it might reset, but that
didn't work.  Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
