Flat spot or ping

Hi I'm having a promblen .  U have a 2006 ford
bartam has a flat spot or ping . I changed the plugs
and cable.  And the tps sensor . Still having the
promblem.  What can I do

Check the MAP sensor. It's located under the inlet manifold. Check also for leaks in the intake maifold and check the throttle body. The Throttle stop must never be adjusted as it has been set in the factory.
