Difference in 3.0L xDrives

Question type: Car Customization

Can anyone provide a techsheet with all the engine differenes between basically the same motor but w/ different horsepower/torque specs if monted in another model.
E.g. : 330xd (245hp), 530xd (235hp), X5 or X6 (286hp)
The 335d (286) would be ideal, but has NO xDrive option for some reason or another (why, anyone ?)
So the real question is, can one perform a mechanical + software upgrade on any 330xd to obtain the 286hp version of the X5/6.

if your just looking for some extra hp ya.if you want the specs i can send them but they are all in diiferent books and if you just want more power then prob should just start there.right?or do you want the specs?
