Why does the Epc light come on?

I have a 2016 vw polo 1.2 tsi, everyday after driving
for 30min the epc light comes on. I don't lose any
power and the car drives normal so not sure what
it could be

Thanks Jay, will have a look at it, I took it to VW and they couldn't pick up any fault. They did say that EPC can even come on due to a light bulb not working even, I did tell them that my car drives 100%normal, nothing happens when it comes on the steering wheel is normal, the car doesn't lose power its completely normal. I did have a problem where I had the fuel taking was leaking 1day I fueled up an it came running from under the car just in and out, they replaced it with a washer type looking thing it screws under, but I will definitely check out the fuel cap, thanks again

Mr Jay, I checked the fuel cap and is still coming on, not sure what else it could be
