Why does my car die to 0 power while driving?

Asked by himelee Aug 20, 2015 at 01:55 PM about the 2005 Ford Focus

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

i have a 2005 ford focus and this car is quite strange.. sometimes it drives great with no
problems but sometimes it feels like it stalls, like its losing power and keeps going over
n over until u turn on the air conditioner full blast then it stops completely.. any ideas?
Recently the car has just started dying completely while driving around town.  It will die
and nothing works no sign of battery life or anything.. I lift the hood and kinda bang
around the battery and the fuses and relay box and turn the key and power is on
again.. any ideas on this?
