The seat has 4 studs than go all the way through the floor of the car and are held in place by 4 nuts underneath the car. The electronics work via the electric plug. You may need to slide a plastic vanity cover forward thats on the inside front corner under the seat edge on the floor. Move the seat all the way forward. Under the car are 4 nuts with large attached washers located about where the four corners of the seat would be inside. The two nuts on closest to the center of the car will probably be under a thin metal flap that you need to bend down to actually get to the nut. Back off the nuts. Open the back door and lean the seat all the way forward. There is an electronic plug than needs to be released ( I used a screwdriver to push the plastic tab release). Pull the seat up. Its heavy and awkward but you can worry it out the back door.
