Battery is dead.

Getting power all gages light up, won't turn over

The battery doesn't have enough power to start engine. When you try to charge it, it won't hold it's charge. Need new battery. I've had the same issue before. You can always return the new battery you bought if that doesn't fix it. But, I'm pretty sure it will.

Added gas even though it was half. It started. Beats me. Thank you for your help.

sounds fuel related then, not battery. If it cranks, it's either fuel or spark.

3.4L V6 or 3.8L V6?

3.1... I changed fuel filter a few weeks ago It was fine. Only been last few days it takes 6 or 7 tries before it starts.
