My car turns on just fine but i leave it runninh and it
sounds really loud and the check engine lights on
and when i put it in drive it misfires and gets really
jumpy jusy did a oil change changrd the fuel filter

You should still be able to get an OBD 1 Diagnostic tool to scan your trouble codes, but I would put my money on a main computer (ECM)

I agree, scan for codes first. Possibly a plugged catalytic converter, maybe a failed timing belt/chain. Could be a lot of things on a car that old.
