Changing ring and pinion

Question type: Car Customization

Changing it from a 250 gear to a 373 been tring to
get it to mesh right. Sloppy!!! Do I need a new  
Carrier ????

The gears need to be set up properly for a rear end. I would suggest looking on you tube to see how it is done.

I have and I have done this before. I ordered 373's online and install them and the ring gear is not even close to the pinion gear. Ordered a set from town here 343's same problem. Does the carrier have to be changed when you up it to a higher gear like those.
