Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The lower settings of my blower motor work, but the max setting does not. Is
that due to the relay or the resistor?

Usually works the other way around when the resistor fails but it’s worth checking out.

Other way around? WTF does that mean? The real answer to my own question is the max setting is controlled by the blower motor relay. PT# T158172 TR15885 BR02503 C241408

Other way around means that when the resistor goes you usually loose the lower speeds and only high speed works.Yours is failing the other way around in that the high speed failed and the lower speeds work. It was just a suggestion. Glad you found your problem and let us know.
