What size carburetor should I get for a 1967-68 delta 88 425?

I own a 1971 Cutlass Supreme and it has a 425 in it out of a '67 or '68 delta 88. I want to replace the carburetor in it
but, want to find out what size will get the best results?

A 750 cfm should work good. Not an expert but i had a 650 edelbrock on my 350, a 425 should be able to handle a bit more
