Will a 5.7 litre 350 vortec engine fit in a 2002 Z71

I need to replace the engine in my 2002 Z71.  It has a 5.3 litre in it (I think).  I
found an engine in a 1996 Z71, 5.7 litre 350 vortec in a totaled truck.  The
engine is still working.  It's a rebuilt with about 30k miles on it.  Will this match
up with the factory transmission that i have in my truck
