you will need to replace the door mechanisms which i had to do on my 70' gto ragtop.they will keep gettin stuck like mine did after owning it for 30yrs. tried fixing them time and time again but to no avail.buy new ones or the same thing will happen again.

The driver's side door on my 72 Lemans stuck in the locked position with the door closed. We very carefully pried the inside panel off and reached inside the door and pulled the locking mechanism open. It was the coupling mechanism that was actually stuck. (The C-shaped plate on the door itself that wraps around the post that is attached to the body of the car was actually the problem.) We put lubricant on it and it works now. It's hard to lock and unlock sometimes but for the most part has been fixed.
