08 outback random no start

So this morning I moved my outback so my
son could leave. Started and ran fine. I went
to leave 5 minutes later and no start. Faint
lights on dash but no sounds. Turned key off,
took out of ignition when my flood lights light
on dash started clicking and flashing. I
wiggled battery cables (battery less then a
year old) shut the hood hard and it started
and ran fine. Started fine after work. Now I’m
back to no start and clicking and light on
dash after the key is removed. A little
corrosion on positive battery terminal. Faint
chirp when trying to lock from key fob.
