If none of the previous owners picked and entered a code you might get lucky by entering all zeros, sometimes that's the factory default setting. Also look in the owners manual for info. Otherwise call the dealership. For a VW they wanted our VIN Number.

Call or stop by the dealership and be armed with the VIN number.

I had this issue recently. Called the dealer who told me to turn the truck to accessory and hold the power button for +2 seconds. I was ready to take it in for them to reactivate, when I STARTED the truck the radio & NAV units booted up like normal. So the answer is this; START the truck, press and hold the power button for +2 seconds(I have an RTL-E so it's all touch screen but it seems universal) and the radio & NAV should reactivate and work normally.
