2006 honda ridgeline

I replaced the starter and battery in my 2006 honda ridgeline now the auto
window is no longer auto also the aftermarket radio will not turn on. Any idea
what I did wrong?

You disconnected the battery without using a memory minder. Now you need to put a code into the radio. To do that you need to call the dealer and ask what they need to give you the code, be ready with VIN, radio number (if you know it) proof of ownership. The windows may be a coincidence but ask while you're on the phone.
