How to turn on regular lights on 2006 Chevy Cobalt 4 door sedan

My granddaughter purchased a 2006 Chevy Cobalt and no one in the family can
figure out how to turn on regular headlights.  It does have running lights.  But it
has manual crank windows so it doesn't have a lot of  bells and whistles.
