were is the reset button or safety button can't get the car started no more

it's my daughter's first car she drove it 5mile and that was it. put fuel pump nothing think it has to do with security shut off but  don't know were it is?????

You can try a battery disconnect Is the Security light flashing on the dash board when attempting to start Try a different key if you have one Leave key you have in the ignition in the on position for about 10 minutes shut off then attempt to restart. After that I have no idea
