i have replaced fuel filter,pcv valve,cap,rotor,plugs wires,and distibutor. mass air flow sensor is only thing that makes it run ok for a day or two them back to bogging out when i try to drive

Could be your fule pump or even exhaust build up, your exhaust could be cloged up.
