changed passenger side brake hoses on 86 gle, bled all the brake lines(rear and front). Now i get a brake light on. how do i reset that?

how are your break pads,did you fill the resivor with break fluid,after bleading the breaks did you pump up breaks with break peddle.

break pads seem fine..peddle feels great..I just dont understand how to get rid of this light..do i have to take it to volvo to have them reset it?

try unhooking the battery for about 10 min,it should clear the coad that has the light on.also is the Emergency Break complety depressed.
