Volkswagon Jetta 2007 goes into gear on lift will not go into gear on ground what is wrong

When I pulled it into my garage on Friday all was ok, when I went to back out of garage this morning clutch would not put car in neutral. Not able to put into gear while car is turned on. On a lift the clutch works fine as soon as the mechanic puts it back on the ground cannot go into gear.

throw out bearing quite possibly, or slave cylinder leaking, check clutch fluid level, its its real low look for some leaks or something!

also hows the pedal feel, if its weak or spongy its likely your leaking fluid or out
