Hello ialina-- I can show you how the look just by sending you to the most fabulous site on earth- CarGurus.com. Try going to http://www.cargurus.com/Cars/Overview-c6918-1970-Beetle.html. We have numerous pictures there of the both ends of several 1970's Beetles. As for finding a replacement light, you face a lot of searching online. I found some lights at http://www.autoelf.com/shop/lightbestvolkswagen/index.html. Ebay may come up with what you need before anyone else. Or in an old fashioned vein, check with one of your local junkyards that is connected to a junkyard networking system and maybe they could find tthe right lights for you. After all, they are one part that doesn't rust. Good luck from Bovan.
