Vw aircooled lifters

I have a 1600 CC Volkswagen air-cooled
engine I was told I could use Ford big
block hydraulic lifters to replace the old
lifters to do without valve adjustments if
that's true could you tell me which Ford
big block the lifters I need to find or by
whatever thank you so much I really
appreciate it

Most conversions required machine work. This kit says there is no machining required. https://www.mofoco.com/item/Mofoco_Type_1_Hydraulic_Cam_and_Lifter_Kit/693/c143
