SERVICE 4WD. SYSTEM.....its not a common car in
Kenya....HOW do i service

You will need to take it to your chrysler dealer. The TCU needs to be flashed with a software update. This was a recall by chrysler corporate. Until you get this done you will not be able to get you vehiclean into low range. And the message will continue to display at start up.
