2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4WD windows/door locks not working

Asked by Frank Mar 31, 2018 at 02:21 PM about the 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The drivers side windows work (both front and back), the passenger side
windows NOT working, Drivers side Lock works, Drivers side back lock does
not work,  All the other door locks not working, including the hatchback.
Keyfobs not working.
Checked All the wiring in both Doors, (behind the boot) No broken wires.
This is a random problem, some days they everything works fine, other days
not. Just like what I described above....
When I removed the Drivers side controller and hooked it up the the
passenger side, then the windows work, and Passenger side front door will
lock, but not the passenger side back door will not.
Stumped !!!

I had the same problem in my 04, it’s a wire in the passenger door wire harness, look for the wire that’s broken... guarantee it’s whats wrong!! Let me know
