Car wont start, no warning lights. Please help!

Hi. I have a 1996 Merc c200 w202. The car wont start. Engine makes a sound but it
doesnt start. Warning lights also doesnt come on. We checked the fuses as well as relays,
can seem to find a problem there. What else can I check for? Please help. Thanx
