windows don't stay roled up

CLK 320 convertible - top is up - front windows go up but retract an inch or so

likely the computer or motors need to be reset, it happens where they forget their place...do you know how to or need help doing it? make sure there is nothing blocking the window, the weather strip is in place. and all seems well...first..but there is a sequence for them to relearn their position...

I don't know how to reset so my drivers side window will learn it's position?
