Thanks vw told me to replace resistor .& while I have it open I should change the motor for $700.just the resister 520
From what I looked up in parts total comes to around $300. I couldn't even believe these prices...So this stuff must be berried in there to get at, and the dealer would be using O.E.M. parts that are more expensive. You may want to look somewhere else to get it fixed.
May want to switch to a Chevy, less expensive to maintain...heyheyhey....
