Question type: Car Customization

I am over 65, and want to leave my car for my daughter. therefore the need to convert the box.
How big the job?... What other parts needed?...  so far I have the Transmission, CPU, Shifters, Gauges, Drive shaft, Will I have to change the entire harness? what other hardware is needed??

Thanks

Don't mean to be rude, but I don't think the time and money involved in this swap would be worth it. Teach your daughter how to learn stick. She'll appreciate it later on. It'll give her more control of the car, whilst also providing much more driving enjoyment. It also forces her to focus on driving and not on other things (texting?). It's a valuable skill to learn, and it might come in handy for her someday. Unfortunately I don't have any information on the swap. It's not a very common one. The only common transmission swaps I've heard of is NA or NB1 autos to 5 speeds. Never heard of an NB2 or NC 6 speed to auto swap.

From a girl's perspective...whose dad made her learn to drive a stick so she could have the camaro she wanted for her first car...teach your daughter to drive it like it is. It's way more fun, it WILL allow her more control over the car, plus she'll always remember the time her dad spent with her teaching her to drive his car. Trust me, it will be a lot easier car to learn on than my camaro was!
