I want to put a shift kit on my 1994
Ford Lightning and its automatic but
I don't exactly know what brand to
go with or if there is a size restriction
. Help is needed on this one

I would go with a B&M Shift Improver kit as they are easy to install and low cost. Its what I have put in every street rod I've built, (Look under the Ford Ranger on my garage page).
