How to replace rotors

4 wheel drive? if so they simply slide off once the caliper and mounting rack are removed. That said I have had some that are corroded on and require quite a bit of force to remove which is ok if you are replacing them. The dual rear wheel rotors are a bit more work as the wheel mounting hub must be unbolted before the rotor will come off. The 2wd F250 is held on by the wheel bearing and nut. You must remove the dust cap and them cotter pin before unthreading the spindle nut to release the rotor.

There aren't conventional wheel bearings, they are a hub and bearing assembly held on by 4 large studs and nuts which includes the abs sensor also.
