Truck shakes really bad

Okay so i just replaced my fuel injectors in
my 97 dodge ram 1500 with the 5.2... when i
hit about 50 mph the truck shakes really
bad and truck runs rough im really confused
at what could be the issue... im gonna just
start over but i just want an idea at what too
look at when im starting over

In a Ford diesel that I had, it took a good, long, hard and fast run to get the air out.
