Electrical problems are always difficult to diagnose. If you spliced some electrical add-ons into an existing line, that could be the cause. Remove the add-on splice and see if the problem goes away; if the problem persists, then that was not the problem. Have you recently done anything w/ any electrical component? Like change a fuse or spliced into line, or handled the battery terminals? Could a wire be shorting out another component you handled. That's why mechanics charge so much for diagnosing e-problems, there are so many possible causes. That's also why many people decide to trade-up. Good Luck !
