Will it turn over but not start? Or not turn over at all?

it turns over and will start if you pour gas in the throttle body

Check fuel pressure. How long did it sit undriven? If over a couple months then remove all old gas from tank and replace with good. If fuel pressure is low then I would look into fuel pump and filter replacement.

Check fuel pressure at fuel rail. It's probably going to be low. Might want to do this before removing and adding new gas. Cause if fuel pressure is low you will have to drop tank to inspect fuel pump.

Sounds like fuel pump or fuel pump sock strainer inside the tank. if it gets to dirty it will collapse blocking the gas to get into ur fuel rail its designed to collapse when dirty so it doesnt get junk in ur fuel system.
