Car heater blows cold air still after changing my thermostat

hi i need some help please my car heater hasnt been blowing hot air just cold..every once in a while it blows hot but just lastes a few seconds and back to cold..we changed the thermostat on it bled it and still cold air..what else could it be?

I am having the same problem. I turn on the heater and adjust the heater temps turner but the control just turns up to about 60 then will only go up to about 64 but if I stop and start my car some times the heater will start working. Any help would be appreciated.
