What is wrong with heater a/c light up panel, its dead, no heat or blower?

heater a/c panel (digital with two roll buttons) completely black, so cant turn on. they
don't light up so no heat no fan blowing. Checked #46 fuse & okay. What is wrong?
recent repairs head gaskets,intake, thermostat,steering pump, rear air shocks, brakes,
rotors, steering assembly, spark plugs, battery, tires. Cant afford new car w/higher
payment, put $4400.00 in repairs into this car since May 2014 and I am still paying on
this dreamboat.

Check and see if the ug behind the heater controls is fully plugged in. It could be a broken/pinched/corroded wire(s) too.
