Motor will crank but will not start what are the causes?

I have a 92 Ford F150 5.0 V6  cranks but no
start replaced distributor module,ignition
coil,ECM,ignition switch,spark plugs,and
wires fuel pumps work messed with timing
and will fire up when moved but runs rich
causing the exhaust to become a bright red
any suggestion will help out thank you
