is the radiator plugged ? remove the cap and see if the coolant is flowing out the core holes , the head gaskets not blown is it ?

I finally found that it was the water pump ,even thou it seemed fine i decided to change anyway and when i pulled it I found that the impeller on the water pump was ate up to the size of a quarter, so between knowing the fan clutch was bad and finding that wrong with the water pump, my truck run cool ,problem solved thank goodness lol

I've only heard of that but old corrosive coolant or maybe something added that shouldn't have been will eat up the impeller , usually the bearing will leak and I would replace them
