This is a longshot but try the inertia switch, I think it's by the parking brake pedal, a red button. Somewhere under the pedals anyway on the '94 F150 Fundamentals..fuel spark. Then if you have both..timing but that's another ball-game.

Why do I have to spray starting fluids in my 1993 Chevrolet Silverado to get it to crank...then sometimes it will die while running it for awhile
