New Starter overheating and melting solder on solenoid

I installed new starter on my 2000 F150, it started fine, but 2 minutes later, the
starter started overheating and melting away the solder on the solenoid. All the
wires are hooked correctly. Anybody knows what causes this? My plan is to
take it back to the part store.

This was made by ACDelco new...I was thinking I may have chance of over drawing power from unknown wires, but no clue all wires are fine. I'll hope for the best that this one is a faulty part. Truck won't start as soon as I shut off the engine.
