what oil is reconmended for a 95 me e36

Any synthetic 0w40 or 5w40 oil will do. Out of all the brands LubroMolly is my favourite. Some commercial brands also have "high mileage" oil for older cars but I have no first hand experience, so better stick to the tried and true.

ive been told that you could use caltex edge as well, could someone tell me what oil to use in south africa?
