crank - no start - fuel pressure good, new plugs and wires - smells like over fueling - new/used throttle body any ideas?

If it's a used throttle body that hasn't been rebuilt, I would suspect flooding from the injectors in the throttle body or something sticking like the butterfly. However, it could also be something like a head gasket, where the engine is TRYING to do what it's supposed to, and flooding because of unburnt fuel building up. Pressure test the cylinders and the cooling system.

Check to see if your ignition system working, if it is not working, before you replace any parts check for a skipping timing belt.
