1966 Ford Thunderbird will not start

1966 Ford Thunderbird will not start. Was starting and running 5 hours prior.
No Headlight and so on....
No power at all. what can be the problem?

possibility that the battery was not charging and now you have a dead battery. Take the battery and have it tested first and then go from there.

First, check the battery cables, and make sure they are intact and good. I had this happen on my 79, and the positive battery cable looked fine but when I wiggled it, I suddenly had power. A new positive cable and it was perfect. Cost all of $12 and took me 10 minutes.
