wheres the plug-in outlet?

i need t know where the plug-in "outlet" cord is at? and the fuse box for this car

Plug-in outlet? For a block heater? The fuse box is located on the drivers side, below the dash near the steering column. It will be covered by a small panel that can be easily removed.
