book that'll show how to rebuild an inline6

Asked by lottiedottie Feb 12, 2017 at 05:02 PM about the 1976 Ford F-250

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I'm looking to find a good book that'll guide me step by step, w/ pictures, & detail
how to rebuild Ford's 300 straight inline six. I figured I could easily find one by
using several different search engines & used books websites,  but I have been
unsuccessful. I would like to find a book that is solely concentrated on rebuilding
Ford's 300 inline six engine. Any suggestions will be really appreciated! Thank You

Some of the older repair manuals from Haynes or Chiltons may be out of print, if you can't find them online check libraries or these sites: https://fordsix.com/ , in addition http://boxwrench.net/ may have DVDs on Ford's 300 rebuilds, as well as http://www.faxonautoliterature.com/Service-Manuals/Ford/Ford-300
