Lost all power

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Started my truck the starter was grinding as the truck was
running turned the truck off and the starter was still turning
over the engine but didn't start. Then I turned the key to the
one position and the truck fired up I let it run and it got
worse then it completely died no power at the ignition
switch the dash doesn't light up or nothing the truck is
completely dead the battery is still fine and the positive
side of the solenoid has power but I can't cross it over with
a screw driver to try to start it

It might be that the battery lost all current (amp) power. Just had to replace a battery that had 12.6VDC but current was pushing only 2 Amps instead of 750Amps that it's rated as. Could also be a lone relay at the end of a wire group that is attached under the dash by steering column. Mine was attached to the plate that the underside of the dash screws to.
