Is there a control relay Thats ties into the windshield washer switch? If so where is this located? Any help would be appreciated.

My old switch would not work properly so i bought a new switch and it has an orange white and green wire off the
back that gets quick connected to something, somewhere. Is there a relay for this new switch?

not sure about that but u can get a manual from an auto parts store that will give u all the info u need. the best one is called Haynes repair manual.

I own the haynes manual and the wiring schematics included in it do not include the colored wires i have coming off the back of the new switch.
